A good sized unfurnished room is available in our apartment with built in robes and remote split air conditioning/heater. The house is fully furnished, with split air conditioning/heater in every room, kitchen with dishwasher and dining, big lounge, 1 bathroom with separate toilet, and we have our own courtyard and garden.
The apartment is located at the front bottom level of a secure block with intercom, and has free off street parking. Our front door also has a code lock so it is very secure.
Ripponlea train station is 2 mins walk away with a 15 min ride into the city. Trams, Chapel st and Carlisle st are a 7 min walk away. The trams go up to Acland st, the beach and into the city.
Rent is payed monthly on the 10th and the bond is $500. We have the phone connected and wireless internet.
A bit about us! We are 2 young girls in our early 20s, who get along great and would love to find someone who is easy going, fun, clean and in a secure job. Outdoor smokers and a glass of wine is fine! Candice is a graphic designer and runs a jewellery label, Amy is an English lass and is waiting for her residency!
