I would prefer that the roommate be clean and tidy, be a non smoker and have stable employment (students, foreginers and creative types are welcome, but must have some proof that they can pay the bills).
I am a friendly and easygoing 25 year old male. As well as books and film, I am interested in food/cooking and am learning German.
Rent is $225 per week plus bond. The room is available from 19 March 2009. I am looking for a reltaively long term tenant.
