Hi, we are a 29 yr old female (vegetarian, smoker) and a 34 yr old male (vegan, non-smoker) looking for a vegetarian housemate to move into our large, bright Thornbury home.
The house has a big backyard with a vegie garden and lemon tree. It's located very close to public transport - a 3 minute walk to High St and the 86 tram line, a 5 minute walk to Thornbury train station and a 10 minute walk to St Georges Rd and the 112 tram line.
We're looking for someone who is interested in living an eco-friendly lifestyle (being careful about water and energy use, composting etc.) and who is preferably vegetarian (occasional white meat consumption would be ok). If you're interested in helping out in the vegie garden that would be a plus too.
The room is medium size and is available now. There is also a spare room for extra storage space. The rent is $615 per calendar month and the bond is $535.
