The house is pretty much furnished and there aint much room for any more stuff.
Great backyard with established vegie garden,lemon tree, fig tree and small shed plus a porch to die for.
Most mod cons, large unfurnished room and wireless internet.
Trams 1 and 8 are at the end of the street and Sydney rd is just a few minutes that-a-way.
Hellenic Republic is just around the corner and Sugardough is down the road.
No dogs or late night loud people need apply.
$600 pm plus bond and bills.
